Pandora should have more sales prices are high

Keyling was SUPER friendly and really fun to work with! I'd never been to the Pandora Outlet before and this was an awesome first experience to find older items unavailable elsewhere. Out of the items I was hoping to find, she helped locate all they had available as well as suggesting pieces I might also like. I loved connecting our shared jobs and love of Pandora (and i think its super funny we do the opposite commute to work, where she leaves Stafford to go to Potomac Mills and I leave Stafford to go to Spotsylvania Towne Center.) She was just so so fun to work with and I'd love to work with her or any of the people I interacted with! I also really enjoyed learning some of the history and low down of how outlets work from Aurora. She was also super friendly and knowledgeable. I'm also super sorry I didn't catch the name of the girl with long dark blonde hair and nice eyebrows, but she was also really sweet and kind! All in all, it was definitely worth the trip out just to see y'all and I look forward to working with you all again!

I ordered via Pandora online on 5/7/21 and am very dissatisfied! I have yet to receive a note about pick-up. Georgetown was my saving grace. They were kind, explained the pick-up in store process, reserved my request, greeted me by name upon my arrival, and checked me out swiftly. I’m still waiting to receive me other charm however and have an almost $200 hold my credit card.

I love the costumer service. And I love the quality of the merchandise.
