This was my first visit to a store and my first purchase. The sales clerk was very knowledgeable and provided me with excellent service. She even explained how good the quality of the materials are.

My rings are so beautiful, this lady named Keyling was the kindness person there.

I only ventured in B/C the store is really close to my house. They had a wonderful Build Your Own Bracelet promotion that allowed me to get a great start on building the gift I purchased. I spent more than I wanted to B/C I had zero knowledge after picking all my charms, thinking I was done, I was then told I needed clamps. Just wish I knew that sooner. Still, very appreciative of the salespersons time and effort. We built a great bracelet and my mom will love it.
