All the associates was every professional and the manager was helping me and she was outstanding. Told me about things that was on sale and help me with thing’s I needed items for the lost of my mother.

Outstanding service with everyone in the store. They all welcome me in the store and the manager was helping me and did a outstanding job. I will be returning back to this store just because of the outstanding customer service.

The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and very patient when customers are having a hard time deciding what they want. Very impressed.

I was waited on in a timely manner and a associate kept me updated on the time.

Carla was very helpful in picking product. They were able to let me try the rings on. They also check to see if they had the ones I want in the correct size with no hesitation.

I was greeted upon entering and kept updated when someone would be with me. The rep who helped me made sure she knew what promotion was going on before offering it to me. She stayed with me and assisted me thru my whole process. She made getting my very first charm bracelet a great experience.

Sales assistant helped me in selecting a gift for my daughter. She was able to offer great suggestions and was knowledgeable of the merchandise.

I arrived at a slow time so was able to get into the store without waiting. The displays are lovely and everyone is concerned about cleanliness and infection control. The staff in this outlet is superbly trained and always a joy to shop with.

My experience at Pandora was awesome. When I was on the line, she explain to meet that she was sorry for the wait and she could help by asking me what I was looking for. When i was able to enter we went straight to the items and she explain to me what was on sale and what each piece was. I brought 4 earring studs and they fit perfectly. I went in to purchase 3. 4th one was on sale. Everyone was pleasant and clean.
