I was highly satisfied with my experience at the Potomac Mills store because the sales associate Jennifer was very knowledgeable about the products, she was patient, & friendly.

The staff was very friendly, and super helpful. I went in to see if I could get a bracelet fixed and l didn’t know that there was a year warranty. The lady who helped me informed me that I was still within the time frame and that they were able to replace it for me.

I appreciated the friendly store associates during my visit. I love the sales for the holidays. Finally the cleanliness of the store during COVID was appreciated.

At first we had a really rude person and it looked like she didn't want to be there to help us Yvette, we almost left because of the way we were treated inline by this lady. But when we got to the store we started dealing with Katie she was a real sweetheart took her time showing my husband and I pieces and she was very professional/knowledgeable and next thing we are buying more pieces then what I was expecting. Katie in Potomac Mills Mall in Woodbridge Virginia is the reason why I would definitely go back and recommend friends over. What a wonderful experience.

Friendly and courteous attendants, they made sure I felt taken care of even while waiting in line outside the store. Inside the attendant was very helpful but not pushy, asked questions and listened to my many questions. Very patient which made it easy to want to purchase more. I was only going to pick up something I had already purchased and ended buying more. Good job.
