Staff was very knowledgable about what I needed for my bracelet. Great customer service. And they cleaned my bracelet while I looked around.

I was very please with Katie. She knew the product and helped me replace a gift. The original bangle had been discontinued. Katie also cleaned my new bangle and all my charms. Very kind and patient.
