Yesterday was my partner’s birthday. We visited this store and Carla was our sales rep,She approached my partner and I as we entered the store letting us know if we needed anything she was right there. Carla didn’t overcrowd our space and provided distance when needed, and stepped right on up once were ready. Carla also provided much respect & patience in between our purchases, while allowing us to take our time in making decisions! Her mannerism allowed my partner and I to purchase 2 braclets(4 charms),earrings, 2 rings.She even cleaned my partner’s necklace in the midst of this all.There were 2 other sales reps there that provided outstanding service to us as well! Thank you ladies for a great experience!We’ll be back.

I was greeted immediately by all employees. Katie F. (Em 184546) stopped what she was doing and assisted me instantly. She was kind, listened, and fixed my issue promptly. The store manager Arora was amazing! She was highly knowledgeable, knew where everything was located and she found a charm that I’ve been searching for. The store was impeccable, clean, and highest health & safely measures were in place and clearly stayed around and in the store. I plan on returning to store today to purchase another gift for my daughter and myself. I have shared my experience with quite a few co-workers and friends. I will be a loyal returning customer for years to come. I am going back to this location for today specifically to purchase a few items for a gift. Thank you Katie & Arora! You’re the best!
