Never shopped there before but was gifted a bracelet which unfortunately was too large and I wasn’t sure if I could exchange it. The girl that helped me was quick to help find the right size and her overall energy and knowledge of the Pandora brand was what really stuck out to me.

The girls that helped me in the front desk were the most friendliest and most helpful. I came in upset that my bracelet had snapped and I haven't been able to wear it and the girls that helped me made my experience on replacing it AND buying a charm a great experience!! Truly appreciate the both of them! And they helped me buy a beautiful butterfly charm to complete my bracelet!!
