When I walked in the store, I wasn’t sure if I was going to purchase what I wanted. The seller was very generous and when she explained to me what charm will go well with what I wanted, that was the reason I purchased the goal of what I wanted. I will go there again to purchase something else

The employee were super nice

The ladies in there were very nice great to talk with knowledgeable about products and remembered what was on sale a few yrs ago.

Prices are great you get what you pay for.they have the best bracelet and charms for the best prices, overall the associates are very nice and charming as well they tend to your needs and make sure your taken care of. Definitely making another visit soon !!! My sales associate even asked if I wanted her to put the charm on my bracelet very nice I believe her name was aurora sweet lady,she came from the back and helped immediately we were already standing there for awhile but she saved the day Made the overall wait worth it ...!!

Manager Jennifer was great! I was just browsing looking for a gift. She pulled out several options...Let’s just say I ended up swiping my Pandora card and I don’t think I have used it in like a year!

Staff was abiding by Covid-19 regulations and wiping down surfaces in between customers walking in. We waited in line for about twenty minutes as they properly cleaned and sanitized to allow more customers inside. The store is very small so i like that they took their time cleaning and communicating with those of us in line that we're waiting.
