Vanessa was VERY helpful and very sweet. She explained how to take care of our new jewelry and was very personable.

Madison was great! She was very friendly, patient, and even though it was the end of a very busy day, she was very witty and joked around with us to make the experience even more enjoyable! As a matter of fact, all of the employees were very friendly and joked around with us and had us walking out the store very satisfied with our purchase and laughing at our interaction with the team members!!

The sale person made the experience wonderful. She was witty and very personable. Even though they were busy, I did not feel rushed! It was a great experience for my first Pandora bracelet!

Employees were very friendly even with the hectic atmosphere of Black Friday. They made sure your experience was pleasurable.

My only concern was there were so many associates but not all associates had a checkout iPad and we waited for a few mins to just get checked out. But normally on a not busy day these ladies do a great job.

I love this store. It was different when I visited it this time though. They didn’t seem very friendly and I spend a lot of money in this store. I understand though it is around the holidays.
