The sales associate, Lauren, who helped me was delightful. She had very extensive product knowledge and was very informative. It was a purchase that I felt comfortable with and I felt as though Lauren was assisting me in finding exactly what I wanted within my price range. She was very accommodating and I am very likely to return to this store and request this specific associate time and time again. Even though she is in training, she was very advanced in her knowledge and customer service skills, she was the most helpful and personable associate I've encountered at any jewelry store.

I was highly satisfied because of my sales associate Becky #185866. She made my experience one of the best because she was extremely patient and knowledgeable about the product. My dissatisfaction came when I first walked into the store, no one greeted me or my friend for at least a couple of minutes. We were about to walk out.
