I really enjoyed my experience and the entire staff is amazing along with the management team. I drive about an hour to this location and could go closer to home but the staff is O Mazing...

The day I chose to go shopping it was an arctic storm the temperature was 19 degrees. Pandora was the only store at the outlet that made us stand outside to control the people gathering inside the store. The store manager should have allowed us to stand on the inside possible hire a police officer if theft is a consider. The time I was in line it was only four people in line.

The staff was very professional and kind. It was busy due to Christmas. But it was a great experience overall.

Store was so crowded! Employees still greeted everyone that walked in the door. I Was immediately placed on the waiting list and was invited to look around. I was definitely distracted during the not so long wait by all the ✨ sparkle. Honestly, I DREADED the wait bc the store was so packed. This “system” these girls were working was working like a fine oiled machine. Painless and actually Enjoyable shopping experience. Very impressed!
