The sales associate who helped me - Cassan - was wonderful! When I entered the store, she was smiling & friendly. She had just the right energy level & enthusiasm for Pandora products, & she was so knowledgeable. I made a quick connection with her & she was very helpful. I bought a floating charm ring & 4 charms. I love them!

I was greeted when I came in and asked if assistance was needed, I said no just looking and associate was polite and said to ask her if I needed anything as I shopped. Store was laid out very well, lots of displays. Sale was fast and efficient.
