This was my very first time at this store in Pandora and I'm so happy I stopped by!!! It was my birthday when I visited and my family told me about the store a week in advance, so I definitely wanted to check it out with my family. I loved every minute of it and I'm so happy we had Lily to help!!! She's super fun and sweet and super helpful!!! It definitely was one of the highlights of my birthday! ♡ She's amazing ♡ there was so many charms I loved and every one was really nice. Thank you ♡ it was an absolutely amazing experience and I walked out with about 12 super cute charms :)

I had a very bad experience as a previous store even after asking for a different sales associate. By referral, I went to this other location to obtain 90%of the items I was looking for. Very happy with all the staff and especially my sales associate.

My mother and I had the pleasure of having Claire S. assist us with our most recent Pandora purchase. Claire greeted us with a friendly smile and in a timely manner. She allowed us to take our time as we browsed through the retired charms, rings and bracelets. Claire was knowledgeable of the product and answered any and all questions we had. She went above and beyond to make our shopping experience a pleasant one and left us excited about returning in the future. When I had a question regarding a charge from a previous purchase, she immediately went to get the store manager to address my concern. The store manager pulled up my receipt to investigate and determine if any corrections needed to be made. After completing her research into the matter, she came over to explain how the receipt categories items, how the original prices are listed and that my charge was accurate. I have had numerous encounters with her on different visits and like always...she was wonderful. The staff at the Dawsonville, GA location is awesome and we look forward to our next visit!
