I went to get a charm for my niece. The staff knew exactly the right item to get. I was also able to ask about hard to find charms and put on a waitlist. The staff were exceptionaly knowledgeable about all things pandora and very friendly

My experience was amazing! I was in the shop for a total of 20 min. The representative was kind, punctual, and patient. She really tried to show me all of any options. Thanks Pandora for getting customer service right! Because people don't remember what they buy, they remember how they were treated.

Sales associate was great , I love Pandora jewelry so much every time my husband and I go on vacation and go outlet shopping Pandora is the first store I go to..... so you can truly say I’m absolutely adore Pandora ❤️

This is my favorite Pandora store. Always a great selection and a friendly staff. The Associates are always willing to check other locations for a special item.
