I love the Pandora Outlet because the place is clean. They are very friendly and personal to me on a first name basis!

The associate helped me pick a safety chain that suited my needs. I was unsure what my options were. She also helped me select a charm for a Christmas gift and put the safety chain on my bracelet.

They had a good sale.

Arrived at store early on Wednesday morning and went right in. We were helped within just a few minutes. We got there at a great time. It was getting crowded when we left.

The sales associates greeted us when we walked in and seemed happy to be there. They were knowledgeable of the items and even made suggestions beyond what I was looking for to compliment but it wasn’t pushy or over selling.

The email confirmation that stated my order was ready did not have all the items I had originally ordered. At the store the sales associates were able to locate all the items I needed, correct my payment method, and apply my discount in store. Additionally, they provided some guidance in locating authenticate discontinued pieces. I’ll be back at this location.

It was an overall just good experience from the time we walked in until we left. Friendly helpful staff!
