I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because Claire S. was knowledgeable about the selection of sale merchandise. She was kind and patient during my shopping experience. My overall shopping experience was pleasant.

Because they were slammed, they had a waiting list so no one would not be helped and that made the wait easy

I purchased a bracelet for my mother last Christmas. She never wore it because it was too small. I returned it to pandora and the staff there exchanged it for me for a longer one. My mother has cancer and was very happy to see the longer bracelet with a new angel charm. Thank you Pandora!!!! Very pleasant experience. Micaiah K. was just amazing to work with . thanks again Brian o Lewis
