The sales associate that was helping me was awesome. I was looking for a retired charm and she found it and then went above and beyond to help with a few other purchases. There was a customer in the store that got upset with the lady helping me. The customer felt she had been skipped and was incredibly rude. It was unclear the lady was ready to be helped and even i had no idea she was in line. Your associate was kind and apologetic even as the lady became more rude. The girl that was helping me took it in stride and never let it bother her. She just stayed with a smile on her face and was very kind to the lady.

I was new to Pandora. It’s the first time I have been in the store. Claire was extremely patient with me and my friends.

Had been told by another store that the item I was looking for had been discontinued last year turns out they were wrong, got exactly what I wanted
