I was looking for 4 matching pearl charms for Christmas gifts. My sales clerk was knowledgeable of the charms and able to provide me with 2 charm choices. I was able to get the charms I wanted at a reasonable price.

This was my first Pandora purchase and the salesperson was very helpful in explaining the bracelet and fitting it and helping me pick out the charms for it. I am ready for more and will return to this store to purchase.

The experience at the store was excellent. However, after wearing the earnings for a couple of days one eating will no longer close. I am returning first chance I get.

The associate that helped was so friendly! I went in to get my bracelet cleaned not knowing they did not do cleanings on Saturdays. She said she would do a partial cleaning which made my bracelet gorgeously shiny. She then helped me find and purchase the perfect clip for my bracelet!
