Danielle was amazing, she didn’t rush me, I felt very comfortable shopping with her. She took the time to arrange charms purchased onto my new bracelet. She’s a very good example of customer service.

We were asked if we wanted to be put on the waiting very promptly. Sales associate made sure to show us all the holiday charms and searched the cases to find the large Christmas tree charm that was on display so that I could compare charms.

Staff was very friendly and bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with my selection.
