My salesgirl Philana was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. I was happy about the 1/2 price Christmas charms. Last chance which was buy 2 get 1 free made me smile. This is the first time I have ever been to an outlet store so I was very excited about the great deals. It was worth the hour and a half drive. I wish you had an outlet store in Commerce Ga. It is only about a 45 minute drive from our house, I would be able to go on a more regular basis.

Although there were a few pieces that were unavailable, Philana was very helpful in locating the pieces that were and located the pieces in other stores for me. She was very patient while I located through the inventory to make my selections.
