Great customer service, very friendly staff, did not break their attention towards me, would answer another customers quick question but when the customer tried to ask more, Philana, the associate that took care of me, would kindly ask if they’re on the waiting list, and if not to check in because she is currently helping someone else (me), and that made me feel important.

The staff at this location is wonderful to work with. I do feel there are not enough employees as there is a fairly long wait. However, in spite of being very busy, the staff is friendly, extremely helpful, and kind to everyone who enters the store.

The assistance I got from the time I walked in the door was great! The staff was very friendly and willing to help. They were not pushy like most jewelry stores. They listened to what I wanted to tried to find what I was looking for!
