The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The item I am interested in has not been available at all. The associate who assisted me was very helpful and placed my name on a list to call if the charm became available.

The people are amazing! They helped me recommend a bracelet for my girlfriend! The rings are really nice here too.

Danielle was very helpful, patience and knowledge. During my visit I tried on a charm with my exiting bracelet. I accidentally didn't close it back completely and needless to say I lost about 5 charms that was given to me by my son. When I noticed, I went back to the store and found 2. Danielle and the staff helped me look at much as they could to no avail. They did make me aware that I needed safety clasps which I wasn't aware of since I'm fairly new to Pandora. I will try to replace the ones my son gave to since they were the most special AND a safety clasp.

This is my favorite location because of the retired items. I can still purchase a really nice piece of jewelry at a discounted price!

I live in Fairburn Ga. I past 3 different Pandora stores on my way to this location. I am always greeted and treated like royalty at this store, so where else would I spend my money.

The associate helping us was the manager and I have never seen someone so organized. She greeted people coming through the door, took toheir name and put them in line for assistance all while never missing a beat while helping us. She didn’t overcharge us or once mess up our order. It was like she had a 3 or 4 track mind!!! . She is the best I’ve ever !seen!!!!
