This was my first experience at Pandora Outlet and I was excited to see the amount of merchandise they had. The prices were reasonable and the sales representatives were friendly and knowledgeable.

CHRISTINA H. WALKED ME THROUGH PURCHASING RETIRED RINGS. SHE EXPLAINED THE POLICY WHEN PURCHASING A RETIRED ITEM. SHE SIZED MY FINGERS AND SHOWED ME ALL ITEMS AVAILABLE IN MY SIZE. I SHOWED HER THE RING I REALLY WANTED AND SHE HELPED ME TO GET THAT RING. THE OTHER SALESPERSON IN THE STORE AT THAT TIME WAS VERY HELPFUL ALSO WITH HELPING ME TO MAKE MY DECISION AS TO WHAT LOOKED BEST. CHRISTINA ALSO TRIED TO GET ME TO GET A GIFT CARD (IF THAT WAS SOMETHING SHE WAS SUPPOSE TO DO SHE DID IT :) )THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST SHOPPING EXPERIENCES I'VE HAD IN A WHILE. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT (FROM BOTH ASSOCIATES) CLEANLINESS AND OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT

i think it was madison who helped me, but she was very nice and helpful with helping me pick out the ring i wanted. i went to get a different ring, but since it was an outlet store- they did not carry it just yet, but she helped me pick an alternative and showed me many rings until i found the one i bought. she was very patient with me and kind!! one of the best visits i’ve had.

This is my first experience with Pandora. I wanted the traditional bracelet and spacers. Leigh was wonderful. She explained the bracelet sizes and spent a long time with me allowing me to try on several pieces. I purchased a bracelet and two beads. I am looking forward to adding on to it.

I found exactly what I needed. I found it quickly. And I got a great price!
