I wasn't very knowledgeable about the pandora bracelets and charms, however my sales associate took her time explaining the different types of bracelets, asked what type of charms I wanted and made the best recommendation when it came to selecting my first pandora bracelet.

The manager Phillana was great, however I did have a problem with Victoria & I didn’t want her assisting me

As we walked in we were placed on the wait list, but 15 seconds later we were serviced! Great experience we bought 8 charms, so delighted with the service, patience, cleanliness, which made the experience great!

The staff service is good , It is a pity that waiting time is too long , but I very like Pandora, It is very have personality, I would recommend It to my friends.
