Mikayla C provided wonderful customer service. My son recently became engaged. The store did not have the "family forever" bracelet in size small. I was disappointed, but she quickly showed me a heart shaped charm that opened with an engagement ring inside. WHat a perfect gift!

The sales associates were very friendly and helpful even as there were some impatient and rude customers who were upset that they had to have their names added to a list before being helped. They apologized multiple times to me for the wait. Even the trainee was very helpful and friendly.

I have never shopped at a Pandora outlet and so did not know what to expect. When I found out that these were mainly retired/retiring items, at discounted prices, I was excited to shop the inventory. This will be a routine stop for gifts in the future.

The store at north Georgia outlet center was incredible fine specially with Vanessa the representative and the manager too all the employees are wonderful I always come back to buy in there

Sales associate was extremely friendly and helped choosing the right piece for my braclett. Love my new charms, I had no idea what I wanted when I entered the store. Everyone was helpful and willing to go the extra mile to assist me with my purchase.

It was my first visit to the store and the associate was patient and knowledgeable about the products. During the visit, I was able to purchase a few items to start bracelets for both myself and my sister.

We went into store "just to look" the associate was so pleasant and helpful. We bought 3 items, with her knowledge of products. It was truly a great experience. These days it is hard to find the kind of service we had. Loved it I am sorry don't remember her name but she is a gem.
