Although it was Black Friday and the store was hectic, they were very organized! The sales were also great. The associate was also very helpful and kind.

Being able to purchase retired charms is a wonderful thing, and they were organized well to see them all at one time to choose from. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I only wish the store were closer to me as I would shop there much more often.

I had the most amazing people assist me with getting Pandora charms and bracelets for my daughters. There names are Diontra and Philana. These ladies made me feel like I was part of the family.
