Diontra my sales associate informed me that my bracelet was tarnishing because it wasn't being kept in the cloth bag when I wasnt wearing it. I have over 40 charms. NO ONE ever told me about or gave me a bag with the 2 bracelets I currently have. Very helpful. And she gave me a bag even though I didn't purchase a bracelet this day. I did have both of my bracelets with me.

I went in looking for a new pandora bracelet and everybody seemed eager to help. I didn’t find the bangle I wanted but saw other things that I liked. Madison was very helpful and sweet and helped me find everything I needed!
