My sales rep Diontra was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and was actively making suggestions.

Customer service was excellent. Agent Mary T no 154494 was attentive, gave satisfactory service, very friendly and passionate about her job to ensure I walked out of the store a happy customer. Most of all demonstrated a lot of patience in the time spent with me selecting the correct charms for my bracelet which was affordable to my budget.

well when i arrived yes they were with other customers which is ok However when it was my turn i told her i had a limit to spend how ever she showed me supposedly was on clearance but from the price well a little more than expected. Then as i looked in the next showcase an noticed more charms at reasonable prices . however the sales person acted like she had did nothing wrong when i asked why didnt she offer those to me to choose from.

Joy the sales lady was extremely helpful an patient with me an my 2 friends while shopping.

Needed more selection of the bling charms. There were only a few which I already had those particular ones.

There wasnt many options for me to choose, even though i came in to buy i felt like i was just another sale.

I was not highly satisfied with my Pandora experience, because the amount of selection and variety that they had. I really wish most of the things were not out of stock. The things I did find though were great.

I waited 45- 60 minutes outside the store and then when I got in I waited another 30 minutes. We were given a Pandora book to view while waiting inside. Which made time with consultant less but great
