Didn’t have size they said I needed in stock-sent me to another location 45 minutes away, where when I got there they said I needed the size I had or originally ordered online…and original store didn’t print my receipt, printer wasn’t working and second store said they couldn’t return without a receipt. Frustrating.

I open a Pandora card and I was told approve or not we will get an additional 10% which I was approved and at the end of sale she said that we were unable to get the additional percentage that’s false advertising

I was not highly satisfied with my experience, because the system was not working. I had to stand in line for over 30 minutes. Us there were only 4 people to help on black Friday.

I wish there was more of a selection especially charms for kids/teens like for hobbies sports and activities. Seems like the selection of charms is the same as last year

One of the customer service reps just kept looking at me but didn’t say anything I tried to ask her questions but she didn’t help.

The store was a little crowded. There was really no way knowing who was next. So we got over looked. And the store was kinda hot.
