We have had to exchange a ring for breaking in half twice now. I think the design is defective with stone Placement making it weak in certain areas. For the price of the ring it should be better quality. We have much cheaper rings from other places that have held up much better to same wear on same person.

i was quite satisfied with the experience however i felt as though i was unsure of what exactly i was looking for. yet the sales associate did a good job of helping me out and assisting me with recommendations and such.

Bangle sizing. 17, 19, and 21. I would have benefited from a 20in as the 21in is a little too big.

The experience was great in b the store. The associate was very friendly. I do not have any complaints. I was able to locate an item I was looking for so I am satisfied.

The sale was not the best. Son of the charms I wanted they didn’t have. The store didn’t have any large bags to accommodate the purchase.

Service was awful! The staff were playing and laughing , ignoring customers. We had to walk over to their “huddle” to ask for help. No one welcomed us or even wanted to help

The selection at the outlet was limited.

I it was only 2 staff people working. We had to wait in line outside the store. One of them went to lunch I assume or on break, leaving only one person working. I waited outside over an hour waiting to go in to purchase a bracelet and a couple of charms. I will not be willing to do that again. If I had an idea that the line would move so slowly I would have left and not stayed.
