I think the level of service that I received from the sales representative could have been better as I mentioned this is my 1st time trying to build a story for the bracelet and I don't think she provided me excellent customer servwhen it customer service I felt like my service blah

When inquiring on the promotional sales the new associate asked the more knowledgeable associates of the discounts available to members they were given conflicting information. Which made my decision in my purchase more difficult.

The Return process was unsatisfactory. The amount of the Selection of products. Customer Service was not the expectancy of Friendliness service that I am use to. Sales associate was not willing to really sell or show products.

The store was busy and my sales associate seemed disorganized and had a difficult time locating the merchandise that I wanted to see. She seemed "spacey." She was kind but not a get it done kind of person!

The ladies were putting away stock. Told them I wanted to look, them had to ask for help when I wanted to purchase. I was the only customer.

The sales rep was very unsure of what merchandise was left in the store. There were a number of items either sold out or not in the store. The other store reps seemed to be a little impatient with each other.

I was the second customer outside standing in line to enter the store and it took almost an hour to enter.
