The store’s supervisor/manager told me my black opal heart dangle clip charm is not a Pandora bead. Well, it is vintage Pandora. She should have a way to confirm older pieces before making false statements! Thank you.

The earrings that I had finalized was the last piece available in the store and it had a missing stones.

The wait outside. Needs more selection. Need more workers.

When I arrived, there was 1 person waiting to be taken care of & the line grew quickly. However, there was only 1 sales associate in the store which was making for a lot of disgruntled customers. I found this unacceptable not only for the customers but for the sales associate as well. I realize there are circumstances that can’t be helped but, IMO, it was unsafe for the associate & a huge inconvenience for the customers. She handled the situation professionally.

They dont have the new arrivals in the store. The lady said that there are 6 months to a year behind the other stores. Thats not good at all

The line and wait time was extremely long, and there was only 2 salespersons available.

We went to the store to look and try on the merchandise before purchasing. We were limited to seeing the merchandise to what the sales associate brought to us. We were not allowed to move around the store. We had to stay in front of one counter. It was incredibly frustrating, impersonal, and unreasonable experience. The whole point of shopping in store is to be able to browse. The sales associate was not very friendly or accommodating and that added to the frustration.

The clerk did not know the merchandise and she did not seem interested in helping. The items I did purchase the bangle she gave me is damaged I can’t use it and I grove two and a half hours to come to this store. Now I have to drive back up or figure out how to return and exchange?

I was previously told that a sale would end on March 18th; however when i returned to purchase the sale items they had stopped the sale.
