It was the outlet store, there was limited item to choose from. Referring to discontinue and clearance items.

Had to wait outside in the cold . Once inside other Customers behind me behind me in line had service before me.

This location is a pandora outlet store but the items are not discounted it should be a regular store instead of an outlet store this store had no outlet prices that was really disappointing

Everyone was very nice . Everyone made my daughter and I feel welcomed. Associate took her time with us and talked us through everything . Was very pleasant experience.

The manager of the store was not very friendly at all.I will not be shopping at that location again.

No stock on items I had in mind

customer services was excellent

Entry required an associate allow you access. I watched associate take their time letting shoppers in. It was my experience as well. Some didn’t wait. Some did. I was told to go to a particular spot in the store. Browsing was not allowed.

The team that was working did not wear a face mask during my visit. If you're company truly cares about our well-being you would mandate that your team members where a mask.

It’s just with COVID going on at the moment everything is different. The line outside was super long and it was only a Tuesday morning. And because of high rates of people there’s not a lot of product.
