I was very satisfied with this experience and the covid precautions that was taken at this store. Only minor problem I could think of was my free ornament was for 2019 not 2020 but the lady explained that this was all the store had. Wasn't a big deal because this is my first pandora ornament

Because I purchased total is $149 which is over the amount of $125 for the gift. But unfortunately they do not have the gift anymore. So they gave me an ornament gift from 2019. Which I did not know but by the time I got home and my 6 year daughter opened up the gift the ornament was already broken in half. The gift it was supposed for my daughter and now is broke she was very upset. I know is not the associate fault. I told my daughter that we will try to bring it to the store tomorrow and see if they can exchange it for another one!

I made several purchases and the sales associated rang everything but did not put the item in my bag nor did she package the bag properly

The initial sales lady that worked the outside line was absolutely amazing!!!! When I went inside, the sales lady that assisted me wasn't that great. She was cordial but seemed a little annoyed. She wasn't as knowledgeable about the products. I asked about a specific charm and she said they didn't have it but another sales lady said they did. She said she checked all the trays and couldn't find it. I didn't feel like she wanted too. She didn't even tell me about the free ornament. I asked her about it because I heard another sales lady mention it.

Prior visiting the store. I place a order online sighing up as a new member. Received a 10% discount code off my next order. I was so pleased I placed a second order for more charms for my new bracelet. Code didn’t work so I called customer service was giving a new code and it still didn’t work. Was told couldn’t use code in store. I feel really mislead with the whole situation.

There was a line outside of the store. Not one time did a representative come out to let us know there was a wait or how long the wait would be

I went to look at some stuff in the store coz the the 35% discount black friday deal. I didnt really need anything but i decided to buy some charms coz of the good deal. When i got home, i checked my receipt & realized that the discount given to me was $35 & not 35%. I called the store the next day & was told that i need to bring the receipt in the store. I asked her if she can just do the adjustment over the phone since i dont live in dawsonville & my place is almost a 2-hour drive going there. Besides, it was the sales person’s error. But she said that they cant do any transaction on the phone for security purposes. I was frustrated & did the online survey. Then the next day, i got a call from the store manager. She processed the price adjustment for me over the phone. Im glad she was able to do that for me.

When I entered the store all the associates were grouped up together and I wasnt greeted with big smiles and friendliness.
