I like this store

By visiting the outlet store I was looking for better discounts. I live over 60 miles from this location. The money I spent, I could have saved a few more dollars by purchasing online.

The Sales Lady seem like she didn’t want to show me things until I showed her a picture of the the necklace

I have been looking at a flower ring on the Pandora website and you had it in store, but there was only one size! The staff was very friendly, but I really wanted the ring haha.

sales person was polite but not friendly. Made me feel rushed.

The ability to get the merchandise. - ie store running out of stuff. The jewelry dulling - even after cleaning with pandora cleaner .

Great customer service. Good advice with helping me create my bracelet. All associates were helpful and great conversation.

The wait to enter the store was extremely long. Merchandise was priced incorrectly. The sales associate tried to charge me the higher price without resolving the issue. I actually had to bring it to her attention that something was wrong.

We weren't allowed to browse. We had to stand in one place and ask for items to be brought to us. Very frustrating because we didn't know what to ask to see.
