I had to wait for awhile but the store was super busy. The asst mgr was nice but she made me feel like I was being rushed somewhat. Question. What is next? Anything else? Are you interested in something else every single moment.

Everyone was so friendly when I walked in. I got helped as soon as I stepped up to the counter. They also had the ring I really wanted!

Customer service was great! The staff showed me the charms I was interested in plus more that looked good together. Purchased items were wrapped nicely in individual boxes and put in a Pandora bag.

With the holiday's approaching we know how crazy busy the stores get. When i walked in there were a good bit of ppl already and an associate immediately said hello and asked for my name to be put on waiting list so they could help me in the order I came in. I was able to browse the store for a couple of minutes to look at all the pandora product and within 3-5 minutes an associate called my name. I told her exactly what i was looking for and what size and she was able to quickly pull that product, let us look and we chose the ring we wanted for a sweet 16 gift. Check out was quick and associate was very friendly.
