Sales associate was fairly new and just didn't seem very happy about her job, and did not seem like she wanted to go the extra mile to help

I am highly satisfied

I could not return or exchange my online shopping charm at the store. Couldn't find our zodiac signs charms. They didn't have much alphabets .

Wait time and prices went up in 30 days for the same product I purchased on 11/29

If I marked that it was by mistake.

The system kept going offline, which is not the first time we have experience this at this location. Also, the process of looking up each item is very time consuming and I think could be improved.

Upon entering the store there was a crowd of people and realized there was only 2 sales associates. My friend and I are not from the area so we waited, approx. 40 minutes.

Visiting from Australia and heading back soon.

There were two associates in the store at the time and only one other customer, One was help the customer and the other was polishing items. As I first entered I walked completely around the store looking at every counter display and ended up and back where I started before either of them spoke to me or ask if I needed any help. Afterwards they were very helpful but on this day I was looking for a specific item and had very little time to find and purchase.

My salesperson was not knowledgeable about the credit application she asked me to fill out. She stated that i could not use it until my next purchase but another associate told her that I could use it and how she could apply it to my current purchage.
