Normally this store has a better selection of merchandise. I understand this is an outlet store, but the selection as usually better and the pricing is usually a little cheaper.

I think on some days you need more sales people. the wait to get help was at least an hour. But the best thing is that the sales people do not rush you

no discount available. Did not want to buy a whole set or designed set of bracelet,and the price for single inner radiance is too much more expensive compare to the whole set.

The sale had brought so many shoppers into the store it was hard to move around and look at the jewelry. The sale staff did the best they could and I appreciate them taking names to keep us in line

An employee by the name of Christina, I read her name tag, chatted with a customer for about 30 minutes while other customers waited. I could hear their conversation since I was standing there waiting to be called on.I heard this sales lead(this was on her name tag) talk about Brooklyn, New York & nothing to do with Pandora merchandise. I understand good customer service but Christina did not consider the customers waiting while she chatted for do long. Very unprofessional & inconsiderate.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, however, every time I go they always seem to have a small variety of rings in stock. I’ve experienced this multiple times and it’s kind of disappointing when you spot a ring on display you really like but they don’t have anymore for sale.

I understand that Christmas is a busy time of year but the availability of the sales associates once in the store was scarce. Once actually able to talk to an associate, it seemed like everyone was on top of each other. There were issues with the availability of tablets to ring up customers causing added wait time.
