Crowded Christmas shoppers, but waited on quickly and was in and out.

I was looked over several times by sales associates several times while waiting. Once recognized thinks we’re okay from there. Just note I almost walked out.

There were enough staff members to assist the few customer in store, but I still had to call someone over, once I did, she seemed...in a hurry to get me through. She didn't offer up any information or tell me about the new items. I had a good idea of what I wanted to purchase, but getting prices or size availability out of her was tough. It was almost as if she didn't want to look for a ring in a size until she was sure I would purchase it. I did. I was looking for a gift and I stated I wasn't sure exactly what just something nice so I wasn't all that happy when she only stated "well take a look around all of our holiday items are on display". I know, but the store is big and a tad overwhelming. Anyway, I'll be going to another Pandora location.

Unfortunately I had to return a ring that I had just purchased because one of the stones fell out.

I’ve been to this location more than twice and they always take a while to even acknowledge you. The ladies don’t be with a customer. They just stand there and dont say anything, until you start looking like “are you gonna help me”.

The service was great and the selection was great but my charm was damaged. The charm was a gift and the store was not the most convenient one to my house so I will be inconvenienced to get it fixed.

There was a sign in to get your place in line but it wasn't clear that was how it was supposed to be done so several people who arrived after me signed in ahead of me. Also my suggestion is to have a checkout for people who have their selection ready so they don't have a lengthy wait behind those who are "building"

I had to wait for about 20 minuets before a sales associate was available to assist me
