I'm not looking to get anyone in trouble, but upon entering the store, all of the sales associates were with customers. A man walked in right behind me. Both of us were greeted and assured someone would be right with us. I was mildly perturbed that the man was helped next rather than me. Perhaps this could be improved upon...Ie. "Who was next?"

The sales girl did not give me jewelry boxes. I was almost at the door and rembered that they should have given me my boxes. When I went to her and asked for them she gave them to me. I do have a young face so perhaps she thought I was a child. However, I still deserve to be treated with the same quality of respect as the next person.

It is not very friendly that the seller keeps Pandora under the glass during selling. It is nice to touch the charms, check how it will looks on next to other charms. In Europe you can see and touch pandora charmes when you are with the seller. In US it is not oossible and this gove not really friendly feeling , like every customer is a possible thief

I think the trays of beads on sale (discontinued) could be spread out more. A customer was standing in front of the sale trays for a long time and I couldn't even step up to the counter to look through the glass at them. Instead of stacking the trays, they could be set up left to right by lowest price to highest and more customers could look at them at the same time.

My bracelet was an Anniversary gift, the clasp broke and because the warranty had expired the month before, I was told to call customer service and maybe they could assist me.
