Sales associate was helpful but not friendly

I wish the real prices besides the marked down ones were labeled on the display, so as to save both sales associates' and customers' time! Many purchase decisions are made based on the price (discount v.s. original price). Clear labels will make the shopping twice faster. And also, well-sorted pieces display with clear size label will surely reduce the efforts both of associates and customers. Some designs are not available in certain size in a outlet, and some are just not that appealing to some customers in spite of the right size. Finally I want to thank the sweet, tall, long-hair lady who gave me the full assistance in my purchase process. She is very patient and always put a smile on her face, no matter what kind of trouble I brought. Definitely she is one of the best sales associates I've ever met in a jewelry store.

Forgot my store credit card. Sales Rep. said they were unable to find the account with just using my GA photo ID. That was not the case at another location in the past.

I saw one ring that I particularly liked however they did not have it in my size. There was another ring with the same result. There was only one woman working there and she kept switching between me and other customers so I was waiting for quite some time. She was not enthusiastic or friendly at all, in fact she barely spoke to me. She only nodded when I asked for a ring or so on. I never even saw a smile. However it was nice that she helped me to use my gift card even though I didn’t have it with me, she put in extra time to help me out through the email version.

Jewelry that was on display was not available for purchase. For instance, there was a pair of earrings in the display case. The last pair and they were retired. The sales associate refused to sell them because she stated they had been counted in inventory already. We would have purchased a larger amount but couldn't because options were limited due to "inventory". She stated they wouldn't be back available for purchase until the following Monday.

i purchased hoops and the post was so big that i could not get them in my ears. It had just been a few days and " they do not exchange earrings" My receipt does not state that.

Everything was excellent the store, the service, and the employees. I only wished i could have found a cross to go on my daughters bracelet which is the only issue i had.

All staff was not friendly enough. They look like they were all tired of their job and weren't welcoming customers. They were not rude, nor they look like they had an attitude. It's just that they were not friendly enough. Also the lady who assisted me dropped my bracelet on the floor twice. I didn't say anything to her because I didn't want her to feel I was complaining. But I mean it's jewelry, it's fragile. I believe she could have handled the jewelry better.
