Quality Attendance Happiness

I have been purchasing pandoras for eight years and they are costly and they break and don’t last and you have to keep replacing them. I don’t see the value, and no longer want to wear them.

She could be a little friendlier

Not enough sales associates to start off with..the sales associate that I had did not seem to be that into helping or maybe not very knowledgeable about the products

I specifically asked to see charms that were discounted. I was not shown the ones with the biggest discount. I had to specifically ask to see those. Seems like the sales clerks work on commission

I have to wait, but ladies were very respectful and patience. It's not a cheap store. For girls it should be a little less.

There were two associates; however, they couldn't keep track of who was first and I had several people being served that I was ahead of in line. Simple recommendation: get a ticket number machine

1. There was not enough bracelet for little girls. 2. Did not have the charms I was looking for. 3. The price of the charms was high.

The wait time for assistance was lengthy.
