The wait time was 30 minutes before you can get assistance. Then you have to look at the merchandise through a glass.

the sales associates would not pull out the tray so I could see and feel the charms. Had to review through the class counter and if i saw something i wanted to look at, they pulled the charm one at a time. I can't see that well and it was a LOOONG process to look at merchandise. NOT GOOD!

Employees only had 2 devices to look up merchandise and prices. Although I was with a sales associate I still had to wait to be helped and I felt rushed when she was able to get the iPad for prices. Just not the normal pandora experience I’m used to and the store was not too busy, being it was Black Friday weekend.

The sales associate couldn't find what I was looking for and she didn't seem interested in showing me different items so I could "browse". It was the Sunday after Black Friday so their stock was low and I'm sure they were tired.

We had to wait outside for about 30 minutes. Only letting one person in store at a time.

Not enough employees on black Friday. Should have more people working. Long wait to get in store.

I shopped at Pandora on black friday, so i'm willing to give them a little leeway. However, things could have been better. We were third in line before the store opened, but we still had to wait before going in the store. Furthermore, we had to give our information to be put on a wait list. Again we were third in line and there was only about 10 total people waiting when the door opened. A general complaint I have is that it takes so long to check out at pandora. Associates have to search for the correct book and then look through several books for the correct piece. There should be a better way.

The pricing does not make any sense. Buying certain charms changes the price to the retail price instead of outlets prices. Was not explained well at all
