Because customers are not aware that if you buy a charm at an pandora outlet mall you can not return it to a pandora store inside a retail mall

Location was close to parking. Inventory was plentiful. Girls were friendly.

I honestly felt the sales person first approach to myself and my aunt was not as welcoming until she realized we were both about to spend money and not just look at the charms

I've shopped that store in the past and probably the least preferred Pandora location to shop. I had an issue with an exchange once and the only reason I shopped there this past weekend was because I needed a particular ring and didn't have time to go to the Alpharetta location (whee I prefer to shop).

The wait was a little long and sales associate talked a little too much with other associate.

I would like to be able to return or at least exchange

I was satisfied.

I thought the sales associate was very unfriendly. She got better towards the end, but if I went in there again I would not want her to help me.

these goods are good-looking. they are so cute. well-designed and creative. Saleswomen are beautiful and fashionable.

The sales associate informed me that the prices recently had an upward adjustment and that what is marked on the item may not be the actual price.
