I had to wait outside in the cold about 30 mins. Rachael had a very bad attitude. the charm bracelet i purchased is broken it won't stay hooked i could have lost all my charms so i going to have to return the bracelet to get a refund or exchange. Also the free bracelet she said she didn't have anything but small so I'm going to have to return for a larger one. I asked could she clean my charms and she said the machine was broken.

The outlet store at Georgia 400 was busy ( 10/22/22). My sales associate was trying to help two /three people at a time, I felt rushed. She showed me items that I asked for, at the end of my purchased, I didn’t get the one charmed that I asked for. My initial (B).

I guess the sales rep in a hurry to sale my daughter a clamp put a Mickey and Minnie charm on her bracelet , so I paid for the clamp walked out the store. After she realize what she did she approached my wife would I was not shopping with and told her you have to pay for it. Long story short my wife called me and when I brought my daughter back in the store I asked her to ring the charm up because I plan to pay for it. However instead of listening to me she roughly grab my 6 year old and was attempting to take her the bracelet off her arm not paying me any attention it took me 3 times to get her attention to inform her I still plan to purchase the charm last time I had to raise my tone. So please tell Tonya all blacks do not steal I could have bought the entire display if my daughter wanted it. Plus tell her never ever grab a child’s especially a daughters girl cause it could have got ugly. However i maintained by professionalism because I knew she was at fault the entire time. So I suggest you send Tonya to some inclusion and diversity classes before she give your brand a bad name.

I hate waiting in line outside the store. The purchase was a stocking stuffer for my wife so I waited the long time outside in line. Have courage and live! Stop with the stupidity that is the FEAR of this virus. No one in line wanted to be standing outside and EVERYONE indicated they wouldn’t be in line unless they NEEDED to be in line for a present.for a loved one. You’re shooting yourself in the foot.

My husband bought me a charm in 2019. During the pandemic (2020) i noticed one of the pieces came off ,a little statue of liberty. Since it happened during the pandemic i couldnt exchange it. I tried to exchange yesterday,but she said i missed the window of time. im very dissaponted that it came off so easily these charms are very expensive. And a lil upset that wouldnt exchange it even tho they saw the receipt of purchase.

There was only one person there. It took forever to get to me but I was patient. What made me upset was once she got to me, she decided to help someone else as well, I thought to myself why didn’t she do that in the first place?
