I have 5 bracelets and 1 necklace. I was having a problem finding "the right charms" to "flow" with the look of both. The sales rep was getting impatient and made a comment that I had to much going on with my bracelets and the look I wanted for each, that it was causing me a hard time finding charms

Not enough selection of what I was looking for It took 21 minutes to find the price of the items The poor selection on rings ☹️ Not enough to choose from. And the sale items ( discontinued items ) where very few and it was not really a sale !

It is unacceptable for customers to only be allowed in the store one family at a time. Looks like this location was short staffed. If this was the case an apology and basic explanation would have turned this experience around. We visited this store on a Tuesday roughly 3 PM. The associate was not familiar with the product and didn’t seem enthusiastic to be employed with the company.

The sales associate made us feel like we were bothering her. She would not show us all of the charms nor did she make any recommendations. It was not a welcoming feeling. We drive over 1.5 hours to come to this location and spend a lot of money each time we come but today was disappointing. We always received Excellent Customer Service when Cassan was there

Greeted by the associate at the door who asked if we were looking for anything particular. I responded yes and proceeded to pull up a picture. Then, the associate just turned around and started talking to her friend. It wasn’t until after I said ok I’ll just help myself that she actually helped me with my purchase.

Main item I came in to purchase was out of stock (Disney) after waiting 30 minutes outside in the cold.. I still ended up purchasing something because I wasn’t gonna wait wait outside in the blistering cold just to come out empty handed

After waiting in line for an hour, which is understandable during this COVID time, the lady did not wanted to service we felt an attitude and she had no knowledge of the pricing. Which made the shopping time uncomfortable

Did not enjoy standing outside for 39 minutes while only 3 customers were inside. I understand safety should come first , however it was to the extreme. Doors were locked when each customer came in and out. Felt like the customer wasn’t welcomed. Service could have been a little more knowledge with how to handle customers. Very rushed and a lot of gossip about with staff members regarding how customers touched countertops. This is a natural instinct while looking. My opinion is the crew need retraining or coaching on how to handle customers threw the pandemic. Just y thought!

The only bad experience I had was not being attended to as quickly. I was greeted but wasn’t asked what I was here to look at or for help until 20 minutes later.
