The associates always act like they are doing you a favor by helping you. If you ask to look at more than 5 things , you are bothering them. Its not our fault the merchandise is so hard to see.

We have been in this store and have always received friendly help. The sales associate acted like we were a nuisance (I was there with my two daughters) because we needed to see multiple sizes and multiple rings. Wasn’t that her purpose there? To help?

I felt that we should have been acknowledged when we got to the store. I know that there is limited capacity in the store but the store associate could have acknowledged us said that someone would be with us.

They didn’t wanna talk to me they acted like they were to busy to help me. I spend a lot of money in the store and don’t like how I was treated.

Because the prices in the outlet store were identical to the prices in the regular retail stores at the local malls. The sales person was new and had problems finding the bracelet. I was looking for. I'm very disappointed that I have to pay a high price for a lock to keep me from loosing the bracelet. The lock should come with it, since it's a high chance it will come off and get lost. I have lost 2 bracelets within 2 months of purchasing them. Now I am likely to not purchase pandora in the future.

This location is always short staffed. If there are 2 people ahead of you, the wait can be extremely long. I always visit this store during non-peak hours (Monday-Friday during the day) and there is still a wait. Today I waited 30 minutes for assistance. The lady who helped me was nice initially but then it seemed as if she was getting irritated. She was very patient with the person she assisted prior to me so not sure what happened. When I asked how much something was she would say "about xyz" and I felt somewhat rushed. The piece that I purchased ended up being less than the "about xyz" price that she quoted. Not happy with today's visit and will more than likely return the piece that I bought.

A necklace was in the display case marked on sale at 50-70% off. I selected a necklace... a butterfly for my mother... When the sales associate retrieved the necklace and later returned to me, she informed me that that sale did not apply to 'that' necklace as it was left in the wall case from the Black Friday sale. I thought the price should have been honored. The manager should have made certain that items in these case were in fact the correct items on sale. Got my hopes up on that necklace for my mother. I could not afford the non-sale price for the necklace. I was soooo disappointed. Then she offered me a 'tote bag' as a 'consolation'. (Gee, Thanks).
