Had to come back when the store wasn’t so busy. Associates should be able to help more than 1 customer. Only 3 associates so only 3 customers could be helped at one time. Came back and should have gotten immediate attention from an associate who came from stock room but had to wait and I had to acknowledge the associate first before was told she’d be right with me.

Took some time to get helped in the store but there were only two associates, so it was a given.

The store was nice, the girls that worked there were not very welcoming when new customers walked in. I would have liked for them to at least acknowledge that they would help us when they were done helping the guest they were with.

We asked the sales person about the football charm and she said they had a charm that replaced it and it had the pandora logo on it and it was helmet with the colts logo on it. She had no idea what she was talking about. No I am stuck with a charm that I don't want.

Simply, the wait was too long. Also, store should have "numbered tickets" to see who is next.

at first no one bothered to help. I go in that store at least 6 times a year.

Made us feel unwelcome. Did not show great attention and passed us off to another sales person for checkout.

When my daughter and I arrived there, it was very crowded. We went on in, and just looked around to wait on a free sales associate. After about 15 minutes or so I finally found an associate at the counter and she asked me if I was on a waiting list. I told her that I did not know that we were supposed to be put on the waiting list to be helped. I told her when we came in no one ask us about our name to put us on the list. She put us on the list, and it was only a few minutes before we were waited on. The sales associate that waited on us was friendly but I think that she was new. She had some knowledge of the products, but she kept having to look the things up.

I was told the wait was 55 min. It turned into over 2hrs. An updated timeframe would have been appreciated once we approached and pasted the 55 minutes.
