The Pandora employees told me They had no more xmas charms so I couldn’t do the bracelet set when clearly the other employee did do it .. not so good of an employee to lie

I waited 45 minute to find out that they called my name to see the associate We were sitting right there waiting to be called But nobody call out my name We waited another 15 min And then we were with new trainee helping us

I noticed that when I walked into the store I was not greeted , but once I made it know Madison helped me with a bracelet. I am a client to pandora.

I have purchased an eight different items for a gift. After she put it inside the envelope I asked for a small bags for a gift, there were four rings, and for charms,. But sales person had told me there was no bag. That other sales person had mentioned that that that cost five dollars each and is very expensive so they don't have it at this time and put all those merchandise inside the Ziploc bag ,

I waited a long time for service. The payment system seemed down so that tied up salespeople longer. Then the girl bypassed me and went to next customer.

I lost my Pandora bracelet, so I am buying my bracelet and all my charms again; and the reason why I went to the Pandora at the outlet mall was because I went to a regular Pandora and they said that many of my charms were discontinued, that I had to go to a outlet one to try finding them. However, I found the service at the outlet mall very different than at a regular store, the lady that took care of me was in a really bad mood, she wasn't even too busy, the store was empty. Didn't know enough about the charms I was asking for, I understand that are discontinued, but anytime i will ask for one she will ask another lady to come and talk to me and then the other lady will leave in a bad mood too. I bought my bracelet that day with just 1 discontinued charm and one that it's not discontinued just because I missed my bracelet so much, but I'd really rather not giving them "my biz" next time.

Had to wait longer than expected to get assistant to help me. Also, they said they would email my receipt....and 2 days later I still have not received it. So how do I have proof of purchase if I don’t have a receipt?

I was the only customer in the store when I walked in and was not acknowledged even after 5 minutes of standing at the counter. I was treated like an inconvenience.

Wanted to exchange bracelet because it was tighter than I like. Associate stated that the fit was fine and it would stretch. I have several bracelets and know that it will not stretch that much to be comfortable for me. Why argue?

Only 2 people working in a very busy store. Had to wait to be helped and sales associate would not put the tray on the counter so I could see the rings. Had to show them to me one at a time. I asked her to and she said NO! That’s ridiculous! It’s not like you are selling diamonds! If she hadn’t had the ring I’ve been looking for forever I would have left!!
