Line outside the store was horrible. Once I was let inside, I was put into another line before being allowed to purchase It took me an hour to buy a bracelet (which I knew the one I wanted) plus one charm. The process to pay & package is too lengthy and complicated. It wasn’t like I needed a loan for an automobile. Clerks were way too nonchalant.

Staff was moving extremely slow and there was a long line. When you got in the store, you still had to wait and when trying to look at merchandise at the counter the sales associate with a rude tone said excuse me. I couldn’t look at merchandise to figure out what item I wanted to purchase to make it easier when it was my turn.

I have always shopped at this pandora on Black Friday with no issues, they had two system shutdowns while I was there. the timeliness to get it fixed was outrages especially since I wanted to shop at other stores before things sold out

We drove two hours to the Pandora store in Dawsonville GA. Our experience was awful. The sales lady had very little knowledge of merchandise. She acted as if we were a bother. She had no interest in showing us the trays of charms. After spending $150 she commented “is that all you want” extra rude on Mother’s Day.

The sales associate was absolutely the worst she was asked to show me a bracelet and I waited at least 15 minutes while she casually spoke to another sales associate and I had to ask her again about the bracelet and ask prices and she said I don’t have a clue…my niece ask to see bangles and again sales was very unhelpful totally never a experience I have ever had at pandora and I spent $700

My Wife tried to return a necklace that didn’t fit and the associate said that she couldn’t do the return because she needs the credit card used for the purchase. She offered her a $64 gift card even though the item was $124. I went in the next day and they allowed me to return it no questions asked without needing the credit card. They were also incredibly rude to her for some reason.

I have 4 bracelets 40+ charms that tarnished while I was in bath. Spoke to customer service was told I could bring items purchased within year to be replaced. I went to store where purchased and was told some were discontinued & not offered anything.

The sales person was not very engaged and was very almost too late back in helping us. I have one bracelet and my friend has at least 10 and tons of extra pieces. So she knew more than the young lady. She didnt like us especially my friend asking to see all these different trays. Kind of lack of energy to me but I can't fully say. ANYWAY NOT SO GOOD SERVICE FROM THIS PERSON..IT COULD HAVE BEEN A BETTER EXPERIENC. I brought 2 pieces.
